The Reef Microbiomics Database (RMD) is an expanding data resource to enable the genome-resolved study of coral reef microbiomes. You can browse the genome collection through search terms (e.g.: "Endozoicomonas", "Poribacteria"), by defining numerical ranges of metadata (e.g.: location) and explore Biosynthetic Gene Clusters (BGCs).
